General terms and conditions

Scope and contractual partner

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. The purchase contract is concluded with Maxte Swiss GmbH, Juchliweg 9, 5610 Wohlen.

Offer

Slight deviations or changes to our item descriptions are possible. We reserve the right to make product changes. We also reserve the right not to accept orders for goods or not to execute them in the absence of delivery options. All offers are non-binding.

Delivery conditions and shipping costs

Delivery is only made to addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Order and delivery addresses do not have to be the same. We deliver to the desired address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the standard delivery time is 3 - 5 working days. If you buy more than 40 CHF, delivery is free of charge. Otherwise 5.00 CHF are to be paid. In any case, please note the corresponding information on the availability of the items in the ordering process or the item description. We will inform you in the event of delivery delays. If not all of the products ordered are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for you. You will not incur any additional costs due to partial deliveries. If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer immediately and contact us as soon as possible (info@maxte.ch). Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the transport company or the transport insurance and to be able to supply you properly in the future. If the delivery of the goods fails through the fault of the customer despite three delivery attempts, Maxte Swiss GmbH can withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded.

Payment

The following payment methods are offered: payment in advance, payment by Postfinance, payment by credit card (AMEX / Mastercard / VISA) Option: payment by invoice; This option is available to all customers (with the exception of the first-time order from a new customer) (subject to credit check). The invoice must be paid within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If the payment deadline is not met, a reminder fee of CHF 10.00 will be charged with the second reminder.

When paying by credit card, the credit card account is debited at the same time as the order is processed. When purchasing via PayPal, the amount will be charged to your PayPal account immediately after receipt of the order.

The goods remain the property of Maxte Swiss GmbH until they have been paid for in full.

Redemptions

The goods must be returned to our delivery address in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt, stating the invoice number and the reason for the return. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the returned goods are not hygienic. If the customer proves that there are defects in the goods delivered, we will pay for either the removal of the defects or the replacement delivery within a reasonable period of time. If we do not succeed in this, he has the right to cancel or reduce the purchase price. The customer has to bear the costs for the return. Lower body clothing (underwear, socks, etc.) cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene. Upper body clothing (T-shirt, .. etc) can be tried on and returned.

Data protection

Your personal data will only be saved for the purposes of order processing and customer service. In no case will we pass on your address or other personal data to third parties. You have the option of deleting your customer account at any time. Your data will be deleted automatically after the retention periods applicable to us under commercial and tax law have expired.

Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for both parties is Wohlen AG. Maxte Swiss GmbH may also call the court at the customer's registered office. Swiss law applies exclusively.
